Magnesium malate powder
Good for recovery
At the level of muscle recovery and impeccable fatigue it delivers what it promises. The only downside is that it has a palate and changes the taste of things. For me the best way to take it is with water and honey. Other than that I loved it.

Magnesium malate powder
Good product
Very effective way to take magnesium, the 150g container is a little small for my taste and you can not put your hand well to take the scoop, otherwise everything perfect.

Magnesium malate powder
Easy to combine
I like the format. It is abundant and easy to combine in meals. The downside is that it comes with a scoop that you have to fill halfway. It is small, the powder is very fine and not easy to handle. They could put a scoop of the right size and it would be more agile.

Magnesium malate powder
100% efficiency
Very effective from the first dose. I use it after training and I have noticed an improvement in recovery. Sometimes I use it before going to sleep, I sleep better and I wake up much more rested. Plus the sour taste gives it a nice touch.
