Magnesium malate powder
Highly absorbable source of magnesium for energy, muscle function, and recovery.
Malate is one of the most efficient forms of magnesium for those seeking to improve performance and reduce muscle fatigue. It dissolves well, does not usually cause gastrointestinal problems and is especially noticeable in sleep quality and less tiredness. Very good product for daily use.

Magnesium malate powder
Very good
It is very good, it dissolves easily in water. The only downside I can put is that the measuring scoop is too big, in theory the dose is 3 grams and I came with a scoop of 20 grams.

Magnesium malate powder
Very good
I bought it for a friend of mine who just started the gym, he says he is happy, it has the same feel and taste as creatine, and is taken with water.

Magnesium malate powder
Tasteless
This magnesium has no taste. I mix it with the bisglycinate which does taste like lightning, but with this one it is somewhat disguised. I do the combo of the two to bring the benefits of each.
