Indispensable.
For me it has become, along with a couple of other supplements, indispensable. I started using it years ago in combination with some zinc supplementation to boost natural testosterone production, which it does well. However, it is highly noted for its ability to strengthen the immune system. I used to be very prone to certain infections, but that is now a thing of the past. I put it down to years of taking D3 and zinc.

Vitamin D3 in this case of 2000 units lower dose to take permanently every day one capsule helps to regulate the levels that in all the analytical are giving low levels of vitamin D. It is a necessary hormone and even if you live in places with a lot of sun it does not matter and you have to take it. Doses of 4000 and 5000 units are not better to take in short periods but for maintenance it is better to take 2000 units. Calcium and vitamin D are necessary for strong bones. I recommend
