A good way to supplement iodine in the diet, and helps a lot with fluid retention.

Good iodine intake

Good value for money. Good iodine content. Hardly noticeable taste. I use it in my seafood meals.

Kelp powder

Practical and healthy

I tried it for the first time 2 or 3 years ago. It's the best thing I've found for keeping iodine levels balanced all year round, to ensure good thyroid function. You can see the difference. And I always prefer to get each nutrient from a natural source, like seaweed in this case!

Kelp powder

Very good

I have been taking it for some time now since my thyroid function is sluggish and I am doing quite well. I take it together with green juices or water and lemon juice and it's great, the taste can be tolerated perfectly.

Kelp powder

Excellent

It provides the iodine that is inefficient in the diet, complementing it in its powder format and its characteristic flavor.
