A healthy chocolate

I use it to give some flavor and crunchy texture to the nutritional cakes I prepare and it comes in handy. It is a little more expensive than supermarket chocolates without sugars but, nutritionally, they are a thousand times better. As I don't have a sweet tooth, I haven't tried it on its own, in the recipes it seems to bring less pure chocolate flavor... but for the use I give it, it's great.

Un poco más costoso que los chocolates de supermercado sin azúcares pero, nutricionalmente, le dan mil vueltas. Como no soy goloso no lo he probado solo, en las recetas parece que aporta menos sabor a chocolate puro... pero para el uso que le doy me es genial.

The idea is good (high protein, no sugar), but the taste is not quite mine, a little too sweet for me. If you like stevia, you'll probably find it okay. Overall solid, but I would prefer other flavors.
