I bought it because it was on sale, and I take it sometimes when I have trouble sleeping more. I like the strawberry flavor and that it is chewable, different from the typical pills. When I run out I will order others again as they are great value for money. They are worth it.

The tablet can be split into two parts so you can take half the product if you do not need the 4.2mg. The taste is the same as a strawberry and cream candy.
