I use them to add flavor to the flakes with the egg whites and make a porridge. I have tried the vast majority, chocolate, chocolate hazelnut, white chocolate and all its variants except peanut, brutal. The fruitier flavors I use with whipped cream cheese, salted caramel, banana and tiramisu, nothing else.
