I chose the chocolate and hazelnut one and it is quite tasty, besides I prefer to add the flavor to my protein shakes and thus measure the desired amount, sometimes they are very cloying and so you choose how to do it.

I prepare a semifreddo, cold water, 1 of flavoring and 2 of egg white, beat hard, agg. 2 of Milk protein, 2 of almond flour, little low-fat cocoa and few davena flakes. when mixture is creamy put in refrigerator and before tasting add drops of Protein spread duo, in refrigerator it keeps even days.

My tip - mix a package of low-fat quark with 2 tablespoons of mineral water and the flavor powder - this makes a super delicious dessert without unnecessary calories with lots of protein. The flavor chocolate peanut is one of my favorites.
