I didn't expect them to be so good

I have bought the 500gr sachet to try and the next time I will buy the 2kg sachet. In the instructions it says that you must combine it with water, I have changed it for 2 eggs and I have to say that they are spectacular fluffy pancakes. A good way to increase the protein at breakfast.

He comprado el sobre de 500gr para pobrar y la siguiente vez pillaré el de 2kgs. En las instrucciones pone que debes combinarlo con agua, yo lo he cambiado por 2 huevos y he de decir que quedan unas tortitas esponjosas espectaculares. Una buena manera de subir la proteina en el desayuno.

Me encantan y no solo a nivel organoléptico ya además simplifican enormemente la elaboración de muchas recetas, el un producto tremendamente versátil (las he preparado tanto en formato tortita, en gofrera, como cheesecake low carb en horno, como mugcake....) Y además resultan muy saciantes, no dejéis de hacerlas por favor. Me hubiera gustado probar otros sabores (siempre aparecen como agotados).
