Compré las ketocakes de mantequilla porque quería endulzar por el sirope de chocolate blanco que era como un oasis en la dieta keto. Decir que cumplen su función,te haces tus tirtitas y psicologicamente ayuda mucho, pero es cierto que el sabor de mantequilla me ha dejado un poco frío, como que le falta algo y se hace necesario acompañarlo de algún sirope. Probaré alguno de los otros sabores para comparar. El proceso para hacerla es muy sencillo y bien explicado. Es mezclar con agua, con cualquier cubierto te vale, no necesitas batidora ni nada, es muy sencillo y se agradece. Después va a la sartén y vuelta y vuelta y listo. Son muy cómodas y tienen buena información nutricional. Te sacan de la ansiedad que a veces genera la keto (al menos a mi) y las recomiendo, pero si diría de probar antes otro sabor antes que el de mantequilla a no ser que ya tengas un sitioe preparado, es imprescindible en este sabor. Probaré el de sirope de arce la próxima vez.
