Indispensable.
I consider it one of the best remedies to combat intestinal bloating during digestion, to be taken both before and after for greater effectiveness.

Cash
The truth is that it is noticeable, before I used to take some pharmacy ones of a well-known brand but it had nothing to do, these are much better.

Poor digestion
I have only taken it once and I had the worst digestion, the opposite of what it claims to do. Lots and lots of stomach rumbling for an entire afternoon. I will give it a second chance but I would not recommend it right off the bat.

Really effective and very easy to take. As for the taste, as it is in capsules there is no problem.
