The collagen is easy to take, I take it with almond vegetable drink and whisk them in the shaker, as if they were proteins. There are no lumps, it dissolves perfectly. What I didn't like was the tropical peach flavor. If I were to buy collagen again, I would not buy that flavor.
El colágeno es fácil de tomar, lo tomo con bebida vegetal de almendras y las bato en el shaker, como si fueran proteínas. No quedan grumos, se disuelve perfectamente. Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido el sabor melocotón tropical. De comprar de nuevo colágeno, no compraría ese sabor.
