It is difficult to evaluate this type of product but I have to say that it works, my skin has become a little thicker and more resistant, I notice it in the growth of body hair that has a harder time going through the skin after shaving and growing.

Appears to be effective

It is a very new product, because it is almost more of a cosmetic even though it is taken orally. If you have oily skin or acne problems, it will definitely help you a lot. A bit expensive but I'm sure it's worth it.
