It shows!
This collagen is noticeable if you take it! The only thing is that it is 6 tablets a day, otherwise, wonderful.

I love it
I've been taking this collagen for almost three months now and my skin feels much better. I would like a format with more capsules.

Halfway
It is true that I don't take all the recommended doses but I notice it especially in my nails. I don't give it a higher rating because I have to take 6 pills a day.
