Delicious but not very large portions
this range is about delicious meals, with a low caloric intake and a very good protein intake, the only downside is that for some people these portions may be a bit small.

Delicious
Delicious meals with a very low caloric intake and a good protein intake. The only downside is that the portion may be a little small if it is not accompanied with something else.

It is good considering that it is something that is done in a moment in the microwave, you can't find something this fast and good.

Poor flavor
The pasta is just right and well cooked for my taste, but the sauce lacks more flavor.

Ideal for non-cooking
Perfect for those days when you don't feel like cooking or taking to work for lunch. The quantity is perfect as a single dish. It tastes very good but maybe too liquid for my taste.
