I chose the macaroni with chicken and paprika because it was on special, and I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend letting the macaroni simmer in the sauce over medium heat, covered, for a while so the macaroni gets softer. I did it that way and it was delicious. Plus, it has the perfect balance of protein, carbs, and fat for a meal.
