Happy with the product and what it does. The flavour is very mild, and it doesn’t get thick at all when mixed with water. The only thing I don’t like is that the bag is much bigger than it needs to be. It could be smaller and use less material.

Contenta con el producto y su función. El gusto es muy suave y para nada queda espeso cuando se disuelve con agua. Lo único que no me gusta nada es que hay demasiada bolsa para el producto. Podría ser más pequeña la bolsa y no gastar tanto material.

Great option for lean protein

I tried this protein because I can’t have sugar and prefer formulas with few ingredients, but I don’t like unflavoured options. This protein was a pleasant surprise. It tastes great, even without any sugar or sweeteners. I highly recommend it if you’re lactose intolerant, as it’s an isolate, or if you can’t have sugar or don’t want options with sweeteners.

Experimentei esta proteina, pois não posso consumir açúcar e previligio fórmulas com poucos ingredientes, não gostanto no entanto das opções sem sabor. Esta proteina foi uma agradável surpresa. Excelente sabor, mesmo sem qualquer açúcar ou adoçante. Super recomendo para quem tem intolerância à lactose, por ser isolada e a quem não pode consumir açúcar ou não quer opções com adoçantes.

To avoid overdoing it on sweeteners, I choose this protein for its excellent digestibility and added flavour, with no need for artificial sweeteners. It’s not one of the cheapest, but the quality makes it worth the price.

Ideal for anyone with lactose intolerance

This is my favourite protein. I'm lactose intolerant and I've never noticed any negative effects from taking it. I think the added enzymes help with that. Plus, this version is flavoured but has no sweeteners. I buy the vanilla flavour because it works well in lots of recipes, and although it isn't the cheapest, it has excellent quality and taste compared with other whey proteins on the market.

Esta es mi proteína favorita. Soy intolerante a la lactosa y nunca he notado ningun efecto negativo tomándola. Creo que las enzimas añadidas ayudan en esto. Y, además, esta versión viene sin edulcorante pero con sabor. Compro la de vainilla porque combina bien con muchas recetas, y aunque no es tan barata, comparado con otras proteínas de suero del mercado tiene excelente calidad y sabor.
