Good option for acne
I started taking them, after reading a lot, in order to improve my hormonal acne. Previously I took pcos care powder but did not notice any change. I have not been taking them long enough to be able to give an accurate opinion but after a couple of weeks I have noticed that my acne has decreased significantly. I hope that in a couple of months the effects will be more noticeable.
Empecé a tomarlas, tras leer mucho, con el fin de mejorar mi acné hormonal. Anteriormente tomé pcos care en polvo pero no notaba cambios. Llevo poco tomándolas como para poder dar una opinión certera pero tras un par de semanas he notado que ha bajado mi acné notablemente. Espero que dentro de un par de meses se noten más los efectos.
