how to take it?

Before breakfast:

Take 1 scoop (5g) of Citrulline Malate, mixed with 100-150ml of water + 1 capsule of Evokalyn.

30 minutes before training:

1 scoop (50g) of Amylopectin + 1/2 scoop of Beta Alanine + 1 scoop (5g) of Citrulline Malate with 500ml of water.

During:

Mix 1 scoop (50g) of Amylopectin + 2 scoops (40g) of Evocarbs with 500-600ml of water. Refill every 60-90 minutes of intense physical activity.

After training:

Take 1-2 scoops of Evolate + 1 scoop (5g) of L-Glutamine + 1/2 scoop (2g) of Beta Alanine, mixed in the same shake with water.

30 minutes before dinner:

1 capsule of Evokalyn.
