Evocasein 2.0 (Micellar Casein Digezyme)

Evocasein 2.0 is a product made from micellar casein with sweetener available in different flavors. It is made up by a DigeZyme® digestive enzyme complex (alpha-amylase, protease, beta-D-galactosidase, lipase and cellulase) with micellar casein. Together, they form a type of protein that progressively releases the amino acids into the bloodstream.

HOW TO TAKE?

The ideal thing would be mixing 1 or 2 scoops in 250-500ml of skimmed or water and take it at night or between the meals.

WHEN?

  • Evocasein 2.0 is specially useful during the night; casein becomes a gel in the stomach that slows down the digestion and makes it more difficult to breakdown proteins into amino acids. Consequently, the nutrient demands of the muscles will be met for long periods of time when we do not eat any food.

    This Evocasein tasting pack is great to try different flavors before buying the big bottle. Good dissolution, creamy texture and perfect for before bedtime because of its slow release. It is also quite satiating, so I also use it as a light snack.

    The pack is very good to try several flavors when you are undecided, but it is somewhat expensive euros/kg. If you already know the flavors, the 2kg format is definitely better.
