Evordx 2.0 Evordx 2.0 would belong to the pre-workout supplements group, but since our goal is to maintain the same state of concentration and energy activation, we will use it in a different way: as an intra-workout supplement. Thus, we will take advantage of its ingredients, particularly: BCAA's, branched chain amino acids that will have an anti-catabolic effect; Citrulline malate and Arginine are complementary and their effects will enhance the release of nitric oxide, producing the best oxygenation and transport to the muscle cells and the eliminating and excreting metabolic waste products like ammonia; Beta alanine buffers lactic acid, which is produced by high-intensity efforts in the muscle tissues, which will make us stop the activity; Caffeine will stimulate the central nervous system in order to decrease the feeling of fatigue and tiredness.

Intra-Workout

This pack has been designed for long workouts or for an event or competition that lasts several hours. Therefore, it will be used as an intra-workout drink, following these instructions:

• 600-750ml of cold water
• 1 scoop of Cluster Dextrin
• 1 scoop of Palatinose
• 0.5 or 1 scoop of Evordx 2.0

Just before you start, take 1 vegetable capsule of caffeine.

Carbohydrate loading

To prepare for an event or competition, it is advisable to mix 0.5 scoop of Palatinose and 0.5 scoop of Amylopectin in 500ml of water between the meals, from two to three times a day, 3-4 days before the competition.
