    I have combined HSN's magnesium bisglycinate, taking it at night, and this magnesium malate, during the day. One of its disadvantages is the size of the pills, they are large, very large, and although they are not too uncomfortable to swallow, you have to make sure you swallow them willingly. It is also advisable to take them on a full stomach. You will notice more energy after a while taking them.
