Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate by RawSeries is a vegetarian powdered food preparation, based on hydrolysed whey protein isolate, with Lacprodan^® Hydro.90 INS raw material.

Whey is one of the two protein fractions present in cow's milk protein, and is characterised by its functional properties, especially its good solubility. Whey proteins are proteins of high nutritional quality.

This food preparation, despite being derived from whey, loses its sugar content thanks to its specific treatment process and is therefore a low lactose protein.

I chose it because it does not contain lactose and has a higher digestibility. I chose neutral flavor and so I choose what to mix it with to give it flavor. You can also buy the mix of flavors offered by the same brand. I will definitely repeat this product.

By far the best hydrolyzed whey protein isolate I have ever tasted

It really dissolves completely, leaves no floury mouthfeel and tastes absolutely neutral like milk. If you stir it into milk, it just tastes like a full-bodied milk. With a little sweetener and good cocoa (without sugar) you can make a great chocolate milk. It doesn't have the typical disgusting cheesy whey taste. I've been looking for this for a long time. Just Arla.
