Gift

Apple. Came as a gift with your order. Not very interesting at a nutritional level: it has dairy and high sugar content.

Manzana.

Good calorie intake

If you need a good hypercaloric food to complete calories, it is very top. The taste is brutal.

Flapjack bar

Great taste.

As a general rule I do not like this kind of bars, but I must admit that this particular one has good taste and above all size, the fact that the contribution in calories and the amount eaten is well regulated (energy density) makes you stay full without worrying about an excess of kcal to stay satiated, good apple flavor and texture.
