As a general rule I do not like this kind of bars, but I must admit that this particular one has good taste and above all size, the fact that the contribution in calories and the amount eaten is well regulated (energy density) makes you stay full without worrying about an excess of kcal to stay satiated, good apple flavor and texture.

Por norma general no me gustan este tipo de barras, pero he de reconocer que está en concreto tiene buen sabor y sobretodo tamaño, el hecho que el aporte en calorías y la cantidad que se come esté bien regulada (densidad energética) hace que te quedes lleno sin preocuparte por un exceso de kcal por quedarte saciado, buen sabor manzana y textura.
