Hi Cz, FlapJacks are bars with a high carbohydrate content from the cereals they contain. They are snacks designed for athletes looking to replenish their glycogen. You can opt for options with less sugar such as EVOBARS PROTEIN BARS. Best regards.
Hola Cz,

Flapjack bar
All ok
Good, a little difficult to eat because of the quantity...with half the amount you would get a bar. Good taste and energy replenishment, good bar.
Buen sabor y repones energía, buena barrita.

Barritas
Delicious, ideal for a lunch or snack, it is very filling and its flavor is not appley.
