Flapjack bar

Very good.

Large bar for days of long activity, you have to be careful because it falls apart easily, but otherwise perfect.

A bar at breakfast, along with a coffee with protein, provides energy and satiety for hours. The amount of product is enough, so that I do not stay hungry at breakfast, but only if I am going to be able to burn it later, since it is a large amount of calories.

Apple flavor

It is very dense, not one of my favorites. Although it does not taste bad.

Fairly mediocre

I thought it would taste better, little flavor.

Taste could be improved

Both bars do not taste very good, too sweet for my taste and the texture lacks solidity.
