Very good product

It is a great fiber supplement for going to the bathroom, it improves the intestinal transit in at least 3 days. On the other hand Psyllium Husk is also perfect for making bread with gluten-free flours, it leaves it very fluffy compared to if you do not use it. I recommend it 100% and for its price I will definitely buy it again, it is excellent. The only downside is the presentation, I would prefer the small size to come in a jar, but even so, there are so many advantages of the product that the presentation is the least of it.

Es un suplemento de fibra estupendo para ir al baño, mejora el transito intestinal en mas menos 3 días. Por otro lado Psyllium Husk también es perfecto para hacer elaboraciones de pan con harinas sin gluten, lo deja muy esponjoso en comparación con si no lo usas. Lo recomiendo al 100% y por su precio lo volveré a comprar sin duda, es excelente. El único pero es la presentación que preferiría que el tamaño pequeño viniera en bote pero aun así son tantas las ventajas del producto que la presentación es lo de menos.

I use it along with other fibers (apple fiber, inulin or vitafiber) to add extra fiber to my diet as I have always been somewhat constipated. I mix it in the shake and it works great. It is also a good value.
