Psyllium husk powder

The best price

I bought it to try to make breads without wheat flour as I saw it in most recipes of this type and HSN is where I found it at the best price and as I usually order and added to the basket. By the way, the bread was very tasty.

I love the texture

Before ordering HSN's Psyllium, I found it to be a very shell product, untreated. HSN's is like flour and works great for me to make keto bread.

To improve regularity

That's right. If you have problems going to the bathroom, this is for you. It is taken at night with plenty of water (this is very important, because otherwise it can cause the opposite effect). In my case, I had a hard time finding the dosage but now I'm doing great, combined with a healthy diet.

Regulating intestinal transit

Great for regulating intestinal transit, I incorporate it into recipes and its taste is unnoticeable. Good value for money.

Effectiveness

Very effective supplement to improve digestive and cardiovascular health if used correctly, but it is necessary to be constant and always accompany it with sufficient hydration. It must be dissolved well in water and the taste is not very unpleasant. For me it is the best natural remedy for my diet, prior to large meals.
