Psyllium husk powder

Average

It had some effect on the intestines, but not what was expected. The price of the product is high and the taste is unpleasant.

Fez algum efeito a nível intestinal Mas não o esperado. Valor do produto está elevado o sabor é desagradável.

Cash

Effective product with a neutral flavor. It provides fiber to the gluten-free flour and texture. Also to take with yogurt, it does not add flavor.

Psyllium husk powder

Perfect

Normal psyllium husks often do not dissolve well and swell only slightly. This powder, on the other hand, dissolves perfectly - whether in porridge, quark or shakes - and provides a long-lasting feeling of satiety. Ideal for diets or to support digestion.

Psyllium husk powder

Good price

I bought it to use it in my gluten-free bread recipes, it is cheaper than the option I used before. I haven't made any recipes with it yet, I'll have to see how it responds.

Good combination with xanthan gum

I bought this product to use it in gluten-free recipes and combine it with xanthan gum, the result is satisfactory.

Psyllium husk powder

Helps with satiety

Great for helping with the feeling of satiety and eating less at mealtimes, the fact that it is tasteless helps when eaten with food.
