If you go like me, with just enough time in the world, I recommend it, it is very, very easy, although I am still trying to get the hang of the water temperature. The flavor is incredible. I also add some fruit and the result is spectacular.

I have the chocolate-banana flavor and also the apple-cinnamon flavor. They are spectacular, I make them with vegetable drink which I previously heat, add the contents and stir well, then wait about 15 minutes and you have a delicious breakfast or snack. It takes away a lot of hunger and it takes quite a while to digest, it is to keep in mind with meal routines. I will continue to buy it.

Tengo el sabor chocolate - plátano y también el sabor manzana canela. Están espectaculares, yo los hago con bebida vegetal la cual previamente caliento, añado el contenido y remuevo bien, después espero unos 15' y tienes un desayuno o merienda riquísimo. Quita mucho el hambre y se tarda bastante en digerir, es para tener en cuenta con las rutinas de comidas. Lo seguiré comprando.

I made oatmeal with this product, adding half milk and half water plus some oatmeal flakes and a tablespoon of peanut buttercream. all cooking on low heat. It is fabulous!!! I fell in love with it and bought the neutral flavor.

i hesitated a lot before buying it because i often don't digest ovine very well. but it's very digestible, no problem. i also eat it cold (without the hot water in the shakes). i took the apple cinnamon flavour and it's delicious. on the other hand, being a cinnamon fan, i reinforce it a little with the addition of cinnamon powder or cinnamon essential oil.

J'ai beaucoup hésité avant d'acheter car souvent je ne digère pas l'avoine très bien. mais c'est bien digestif, aucun problème. je le consomme à froid aussi ( sans l'eau chaude dans les shakes). j'ai pris l'arôme pomme cannelle et c'est délicieux. par contre étant une fan de cannelle je l' renforce un peu avec l'ajout de cannelle en poudre ou l'huile essentiel de cannelle.
