i hesitated a lot before buying it because i often don't digest ovine very well. but it's very digestible, no problem. i also eat it cold (without the hot water in the shakes). i took the apple cinnamon flavour and it's delicious. on the other hand, being a cinnamon fan, i reinforce it a little with the addition of cinnamon powder or cinnamon essential oil.
J'ai beaucoup hésité avant d'acheter car souvent je ne digère pas l'avoine très bien. mais c'est bien digestif, aucun problème. je le consomme à froid aussi ( sans l'eau chaude dans les shakes). j'ai pris l'arôme pomme cannelle et c'est délicieux. par contre étant une fan de cannelle je l' renforce un peu avec l'ajout de cannelle en poudre ou l'huile essentiel de cannelle.
