High protein porridge
To be purchased
Apple and cinnamon flavor. Excellent solubility, texture and taste (maybe you should taste more cinnamon as well as apple). Convenient to use, very satiating, with a handful of almonds is a great breakfast or postworkout. I will buy again.
Gusto mela e cannella.

Perfect as breakfast or snack
Very good option for breakfast or snacks. I leave them made the day before in the fridge, ideal for summer. The chocolate flavor is brutal

Very good option for pre post workout combines carbohydrates and high quality protein. I have tried the vegan option and it is very tasty and now I want to try the normal one, the only downside is that there are few flavors, white chocolate as suggestion. Add stock of this product please.

High protein porridge
Lack of flavor with coffee
I wish they would put a new flavor with coffee: latte, cappuccino, salted caramel coffee. It would be the perfect combination for my mornings.

Enough
I'm not convinced, but if you find the perfect amount of milk, it can be a good breakfast.

High protein porridge
The best product from hsn
A must in my daily life. I love them (the best for my taste without flavor). Perfect texture, quick and easy preparation. Delicious. They would be perfect if they didn't come in a plastic package.

Express porridge
Interesting option if you are short of time and want to prepare a quick breakfast with good macros. In my case I usually mix it with whey protein, because I mostly take it as a post-workout. It is true that the best (I've only tried vanilla) could be improved, for my taste it is too sweet.

Perfect breakfasts combined with soluble coffee
As they are unflavored, they are perfect to add a little soluble coffee and start the morning well fed and energetic.
