Fine whole grain oat flakes
Not bad
It's always good to take it in large quantities, it's practical. Personally I take 3 kilos just to have some margin and I combine it with soya protein chocolate flavour, for the morning.

Fine whole grain oat flakes
Good
Good value for money, good taste and convenient format. The only drawback is the hardness compared to other brands.

Fine whole grain oat flakes
Recommended
Very good product. I recommend it because, by not having whole oat flakes, it soaks faster.
