Helps burn more fat
I liked the powder form of L-Carnitine more than the liquid form. This way I can dose the quantity myself and I have the guarantee that I am not buying ampoules of water at the price of gold. As for the effectiveness, I take it before doing low intensity and long duration cardio and this year I have lost fat faster than the previous year when I didn't use it. So it is a little help if there is a caloric deficit and it is taken at the right time.

En cuanto a la efectividad, la tomo antes de hacer cardio de baja intensidad y larga duración y este año he bajado más rápido de grasa que el año anterior que no la usé. Por tanto es una pequeña ayuda si hay déficit calórico y se toma en el momento adecuado.
