I liked the powder form of L-Carnitine more than the liquid form. This way I can dose the quantity myself and I have the guarantee that I am not buying ampoules of water at the price of gold. As for the effectiveness, I take it before doing low intensity and long duration cardio and this year I have lost fat faster than the previous year when I didn't use it. Por tanto es una pequeña ayuda si hay déficit calórico y se toma en el momento adecuado.
