I consume turmeric as an infusion, along with meats and fish, always accompanied by black pepper, the curcumin is better absorbed. I like that the percentage of curcumin is reported, it is a very powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. The price is very good, even cheaper than in supermarkets. I would like the packaging to be a little wider, because when I take the product out, there is always some powder stuck in my hand.
