The best in terms of quality and price. It is necessary to use around 1.25 of erythritol for each 1 of sugar, to replace. Taking into account that the kg costs at least 10 €... It is a good substitute without sugars, 97% of the product is carbohydrates, of which 97% is polyalcohol. Polyols have gastrointestinal side effects. I prefer stevia, more efficient and cheaper.
El mejor en cuanto a calidad precio. Hace falta usar en torno a 1,25 de eritritol por cada 1 de azúcar, para sustituir. Teniendo en cuanta que el kg cuesta como minímo 10€... Es un buen sustituto sin azúcares, el 97% de producto son Hidratos de Carbono, de los cuales el 97% es polialcohol. El polialcohol tiene efectos secundarios gastrointestinales. Me quedo con la stevia, más eficiente y barata.
