Excellent sweetener!!!!

Excellent sweetener of vegetable origin produced by the fermentation of sugars, therefore it is a polyol. It has an almost completely neutral flavor so you will not distinguish it much from typical table sugar. It is practically caloric and has a texture and grain size very similar to classic sugar as well. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a little less potent than sugar in its ability to sweeten, I would say it sweetens 35% or 40% less, so you should try it out to see how much you need in your drinks, meals, etc. With hardly any contraindications, it is a much healthier alternative to other artificial sweeteners and even to other of its polyalcohol cousins such as Xylitol, Mannitol, etc. Recollecting it !!!!

Excelente edulcorante de origen vegetal producido por la fermentación de azucares, por lo tanto es un polialcohol. Tiene un sabor casi completamente neutro por lo que no vas a distinguirlo mucho del azúcar de mesa típico. Es prácticamente acalorico y tiene una textura y tamaña de grano muy parecido al azúcar clásico también. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que es un poco menos potente que el azúcar en su capacidad de endulzar, yo diría que endulza un 35% o 40% menos, por lo que conviene que lo vayas probando para ver cuanta cantidad necesitas en tus bebidas, comidas, etc. Sin apenas contraindicaciones, es una alternativa bastante más sana a otros edulcorantes artificiales e incluso a otros de sus primos polialcoholes como el Xilitol, Manitol, etc. Lo recolmiendo!!!!
