For my pre-workout fatigue it works wonders. I don't get tired or fatigued so much in my strength training sessions which are usually hard...I take it 1 hour before training and post-workout. The only downside is the size of the capsules which are hard to swallow, otherwise a 10. They also contain vitamins. PRODUCT 10!

The consumption of this type of amino acids is very good for recovery after a good effort. El consumo de este tipo de aminoácidos es muy bueno para la recuperación tras un buen esfuerzo. Además, al tomarlo en cápsulas no te llenas de líquido (como sí ocurre con su consumo en polvo) y puedes permitirte tomar otras cosas si lo necesitas. También las puedes tomar durante el ejercicio para ir reponiendo (eso sí, sin pasarte de la dosis diaria recomendada).
