To get the most out of your training
Personally I notice it a lot. I use it about once every two weeks and every time I take it I break several personal records. You do 10 reps and it seems like you've done 6 and you still have a little bit of belly left. The apple flavor is not bad but not good either. For my taste a bit artificial.
