Too strong
I consider that these Ashwaghanda tablets have too high a concentration. It is generally recommended that these types of supplements have between 1 and 10% withanolides, and this supplement has 35% (!!!). Did it reduce my stress? Yes, but at what cost. I felt especially groggy and sluggish, probably because of the reduction in cortisol.
Considero que estas pastillas de Ashwaghanda tienen una concentración demasiado alta. Se recomienda en general que este tipo de complementos tengan entre el 1 y el 10% de withanolidos, y este complemento tiene el 35% (!!). Redujo mi estrés? Si pero a qué costa. Me notaba especialmente aturdido y lento, probablemente dada la reducción en el cortisol.
