    It is encapsulated so its flavor is not very noticeable, then good taste and easy to take. I liked it a lot! When accompanied by vitamin C it greatly improves its absorption. It is one of the best products I found in the market.

    I started taking Reishi capsules in hopes to see noticeable improvements in my immune system and inflammation levels - but, unfortunately, I havent experienced the effects I was expecting in those areas. However, I did notice a subtle improvement in my sleep quality and I've been feeling a bit more balanced in how I handle stress, with fewer mood swings during busy days.
