Now your favourite aloe vera supplement provides you with an optimal concentration of its ingredients, namely aloe vera leaf 40:1, which is equivalent to approximately 20 ml of aloe vera juice.

Ingredients
Aloe vera concentrate (40:1) (leaf), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity corrector (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (sodium benzoate).
Warnings
Keep out of reach of the smallest children. It is necessary to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Refrigerate after opening. Produced in facilities that process wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and nuts.
Take 0,5 ml (1/8 of a cap). To dilute, mix the bottle of Aloe Vera Concentrate 118 ml with 4,7 litres of pure water.

I use it religiously every morning on an empty stomach with my teas. In case you want to try it like this: boil water, add turmeric powder Hsn, a stick of cinnamon, squeezed lemon and a capful of aloe and you will see the wonders it does for your digestive system.

I find it much less effective... capsules that I have tried from other brands are much more immediate. The format is more uncomfortable and the truth is that the taste is not at all pleasant. I will finish it, but I don't think I will repeat.

Not a very pleasant taste but I mix it with orange flavored collagen and it goes down very well. It would need a dropper for dosing.
