    Two thirds of a measure is more than enough for the desired effect. The taste is fantastic and the packaging is very practical. Excellent for gaming and also as a traditional pre-workout supplement at the end of the day (21h -22h30) for resistance training with high loads.

    I have tried the pineapple and the mango. Both have a very good taste and they are good. The effect is noticeable but if you take it daily you won't notice it. The pineapple one has not come caked, the mango one the two times I have received it was very caked. Overall I recommend it.
