L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) powder

Beyond the anti-catabolic effect.

I recommend this product for its value for money and for the effects it can have on the intestinal level. In an era full of processed, pro-inflammatory foods that damage our intestines, glutamine, correcting poor nutrition can help repair intestinal permeability and thereby alleviate a multitude of adverse autoimmune effects.
