Good value for money, it's Creatine, that's all there is to say: It does what it does.
Well, it is creatine powder, dissolves well, does not form lumps or anything, without taste better because it can be mixed with basically everything. My only downside is that the dispenser is not exactly that of the dose, at least the one I received you had to pour half which makes it more cumbersome. That on the one hand and also that it would be nice in a plastic canister format because the bag is sometimes flimsy.
Pues eso, es polvo de Creatina, se disuelve bien, no forma grumos ni nada, sin sabor mejor porque se puede mezclar con básicamente todo.
Mi única pega es que el dosificador no es exactamente el de la dosis, al menos el que recibí tenías que echarle la mitad lo cual lo hace más engorroso. Eso por un lado y también que estaría bien un formato bote de plástico porque la bolsa a veces es endeble.
