Together with fructose I prepare my own carbohydrate drink mix for bike rides. You can choose the ratio you prefer 1:0.8 - 1:1. You can also add electrolytes to make it more complete. Highly recommended to complete a good intake of CH so necessary in performance sports, since I'm taking it I have noticed improvement from the second hour.
