Perfect to combine

For me it is perfect to combine with fructose in a 2:1 or 1:0.8 ratio, adding Evolytes to the drum.

Maltodextrin powder

Recommended

My trainer recommended it to me after training. I mix it with protein, and since it's fast absorbing, it's great for recovery.

Maltodextrin powder

Recommended

It dissolves without any problem and does not add any taste. I use it dissolved in half a liter of water combined with fructose on long runs and it doesn't give me any stomach problems.
