Good sensations
I use it on pre-workout days when I don't carry gels and it's a bit demanding in terms of pace.

Affordable carbohydrates
It is the most economical way to get in 90g of hydrate per hour of exercise for many hours of training. I mix it with fructose and prefer it unflavored.

Top
If you want to provide carbohydrates, it is the best quality option next to fructose. One of the best products.

Maltodextrin powder
Very good
I have been using it all year for my workouts and it is a must, both for isotonic and for gels and recovery. The only bad thing is the packaging, I change it to an airtight tupper.
