Weight gain
Without this product I would still be stuck at my strength weight. And for this price and no taste, it is ideal for that goal.

Essential
Excellent value for money. I use them mostly as a post workout. Beware of the dose and intestines, if not well, they can give problems. That's why I alternate them with cycle dextrins .

Maltodextrin powder
Intra training
Well, as intra workout I mix 20 gr dextrose 20 gr malto and it is perfect. If you already use a lot of quantity, it is better to use cyclodextrin for faster gastric emptying.
