Maltodextrin powder
One of my must-haves
Reaching calories and carbs on a daily basis would be impossible for me without maltodextrin. A cheap way to reach those kcal and a plus of energy both in the gym and in endurance sports. Very easy digestibility.

Maltodextrin powder
Product not suitable for everyone
My recommendation is to first get a sample to see if it suits your palate and stomach. In my case, I didn't find it palatable because it seemed gritty to me. Everyone who has tried maltodextrin, regardless of brand, has told me the same thing so you have to see if you can tolerate it. Aside from the texture, the taste was pleasant.
