What happens is that it tastes like hell, but well, here you can also buy a separate amino acid flavoring that works very well. It's better to take Leucine alone than to go around with compounds of several BCAAs because what has been shown to trigger muscle synthesis is specifically Leucine before post-workout meals.

Lo que pasa que sabe a rayos, pero bueno, aquí se puede comprar también saborizante para aminoacidos aparte que funciona muy bien.
